What is the One2FourTM approach?

Beyond our one-on-one pairing between patients and therapists, we further individualize our treatment plans with our One2FourTM approach. Using this approach, we help our patients see exactly where they currently are, what steps need to be taken to reach their goals, and monitor their progress as they move through the categories.

Each patient will be categorized into groups one through four. Category one includes patients who need complete assistance at home, category two ranges from needing some assistance to being independent at home, category three involves patients who are independent or have athletic goals, and category four includes our patients with ultra-athletic pursuits. By grouping patients into these categories, we can provide more comprehensive resources. We believe that physical therapy should extend beyond purely physical ailments and help promote the health and wellness of the entire person. Because of this, we connect our patients with additional information and connections that are specifically suited for their needs at the time. As our patients move into different categories and progress, the resources they are connected to will change.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth, also known as virtual physical therapy, is used for our patients who are unable to come into the office. There are many reasons that a patient may be more comfortable staying at home and we believe everyone should have access to high-quality physical therapy. When you opt for virtual sessions, you will have access to the large majority of the same resources as our in-person patients.

You will have a one-on-one pairing with an expert physical therapist and they will have you demonstrate and explain your current condition and short- and long-term goals. They will assess things such as your body history, range of motion, pain levels, anatomy, and movements to determine what type of rehabilitation will be best for you. Once this consultation is completed, you will have sessions conducted over video call with your physical therapist to help move you towards recovery. During these sessions, your physical therapist will instruct exercises, stretches, and at-home tasks for you to perform. They will monitor your movements and correct any form errors you may have. You are also encouraged to continually ask questions and give feedback so your rehabilitation plan can be best suited to your needs.
