Will you bill my insurance claims on my behalf?

Twin Boro will file your insurance claims to both your Primary Insurance Carrier, and the Secondary Insurance Carrier.This means we will bill your insurance company; once they pay us the allowed amount, we will bill you any remaining balance as that will be the patient’s responsibility.

Are you in-network?

What insurance plans do you participate?

That means that although a patient may express their preferred provider, Employers must first give their approval which is done in conjunction with the physician. Workers compensation insurance covers the full amount of physical therapy charges and the patient is not responsible for charges.

Will you tell me what my insurance covers?

Many insurance plans cover physical therapy treatments, but certain conditions may apply.
As a courtesy, our Patient Advocate Team will verify insurance coverage for outpatient physical therapy prior to your first appointment. But, please remember that verification of benefits is never a guarantee for payment coverage. This means that any insurance coverage information we receive over the phone could possibly be different than what your plan actually covers.
