  1. Lie on your back
  2. Bend your knees so that you can place your feet flat on the ground
  3. Tighten your abdomen and try to press your back into the floor
  4. Gently rotate your pelvis to try and flatten your lower back on the floor
  5. Hold for 10 seconds
  6. Repeat 10-15 times

Bridging

  1. Lie on your back
  2. Bend your knees and place your heels on the ground
  3. Pressing through the heels, squeeze your glutes and lift your hips upwards
