I've been here twice for PT- once for my shoulder, and once for my back. Matt handled my shoulder rehab and Arjun handled my back rehab. They're both fantastic- very friendly and outgoing, and very knowledgeable. Arjun remembered small details from our chats about my life weeks later, which is really impressive considering how many patients he must see. Matt recognized me over a year after he had seen me and asked how my shoulder was feeling.Also, they have PT students in training that assist with getting you equipment, telling you what exercise is next, monitoring how the exercise is going, etc. All of them were very nice and friendly.Both of my rehabs went great, with substantial improvement in range of motion for both. I hope to not have to do PT again, but this would be the place I would choose every time if I had to.

I had rotator cuff surgery 6 months ago. To me, the rehab was difficult. The staff at PT Solutions in Lansdale took excellent care of me. They are creative in their solutions. They explained how each exercise impacted my recovery. They were kind and gentle (not too gentle during stretching in the first couple months. My tendon was shortened during surgery. Stretching had to happen). They motivated me to work hard to get back to my pre surgical normal. There are multiple staff that coordinated my care with each other. Because of this, scheduling was super easy. I could schedule on any day of the week and not have to arrange treatment with one persons schedule. After giving them copies of my insurance cards, I never heard a word about insurance. They were totally on top of that. I highly recommend this facility to anyone need physical therapy. This location is by far the best physical therapy I have ever received in my life and I have been to a few places in the past. Everything is tailored to offer relief and long term results if continued.unfortunately for me it offers short term relief from pain since only surgery can help, but at least this has brought me relief until then. all staff here is so sweet and very much have a smooth running operation. love this place

They were able to get me started quickly and I was able to book appointments that fit my schedule. All staff- the therapists (Mike, Chris and Matt) , the aides and front desk staff - were all wonderful. If I ever need physical therapy again, this is the place I'm coming back to. Update 6/2025: Due to an elbow injury, I required physical therapy and the first place I came to was Twin Boro. Again, they were great to work with. The front desk staff were wonderful in finding appointments that worked with my schedule and the therapists - Arjun and Matt - as well as the aides were always friendly, positive and knowledgeable with regards to my injury. After 2 months, I was able to be discharged with little to no pain in my elbow. A great experience all around.

They were the best therapists I have ever worked with after having had several injuries over the years. l had a very positive experience at this facility. The front office staff was very friendly and efficient. My physical therapist was excellent developing a program to address my shoulder pain. After 7 weeks of 2 sessions per week, there was significant improvement where l had 0-minimal pain with full usage, along with more strength in my shoulder. All of the PT assistants were very helpful as well during my sessions. l would recommend this facility to others.

Because of two separate accidents, I fave been involved with physical and occupational therapy at Twin Boro Bridgewater since last spring. Cindy worked with rehabilitation of my dislocated finger. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Matt was able to help me recover from a dislocated shoulder and torn rotator cuff. Last fall I could not raise my arm more than a few inches without feeling agony. Today, I have virtually regained full use of my arm. He, assisted by Ryan worked patiently and successfully with me. Nature and Anna are the desk greeted me cheerfully at each visit and dealt with billing and scheduling issues in a very helpful manner. My entire experience from the first visit to the last was amazing. I cannot thank them all enough for their help, skill, and positive attitude. Should you need PT or OT this is the place to go!

I cannot express enough how fantastic everyone at Twin Boro Physical Therapy is. My 8-year-old daughter needed help with an issue, and when physical therapy was suggested as part of her treatment plan, I was initially skeptical. If my daughter isn’t interested in something, it is nearly impossible to motivate her. However, after the first few appointments, she started to look forward to going.EVERYONE we interacted with here was wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The doctors and therapists were fully engaged and worked collaboratively with us to ensure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. We felt very relaxed knowing that we were well taken care of.Ultimately, my daughter stopped complaining about her ailment altogether. We also learned a lot and will be able to continue some of the exercises at home.
