Physical Therapy in Fair Lawn, NJ

These guys are great. For many, starting physical therapy can be a daunting challenge, almost a reminder of their injuries. For me, that was the case. However, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by friendly and likable staff. My personal therapist was Rob (great guy) but I still managed to get along with everyone else. The atmosphere was so inviting that it even managed to make me, an introvert who refuses to talk to new people, want to keep talking to everyone. Andy and Danielle are awesome and would sometimes cover for Rob. Their daily questionnaires definitely make my day! (Although recently Andy has been slacking….) I can’t express how grateful I am to everyone for making me feel so safe and for making me not feel ashamed of my injury :) Might have to break my kneecap again just to see them!

I had a total of 12 sessions of PT starting with an evaluation for insurance purposes. All of the sessions were conducted by a total of4 therapists and 2 assistants. They all were very professional, courteous yet friendly.. they all explained how to do the exercises and made sure that I do them right. At the end of the 12 sessions , I feel so much better and my shoulder is almost where it was before the accident that brought me to the PT.

I went with my back and legs in so much pain My back feels better I still have my bad days My legs still have some ways to go But I feel the therapy is helping

I cannot say enough good things about Twin Boro, Fair Lawn! From my very first interaction with them, I felt like somebody was taking good care of me. From my initial evaluation with Robert, to therapy sessions with Danielle, to Ava and Kiersten at the front desk, everyone is extremely welcoming, friendly, professional, accommodating, and polite. I find Danielle to be very knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found this place!

From my first phone call to get info, Ava was incredibly helpful and walked me through the steps needed to start PT I have now been working with Rob and am starting to see some improvement..
