I’ve been seeing Carl at Twin Boro for lower back pain, and I’ve had a really good experience. He’s patient, friendly, and always takes the time to listen. I appreciate how thoughtful and realistic he is about my symptoms and progress. He checks in regularly, and whenever I had travel or vacation plans, he helped me figure out how to keep up with my exercises while I was away. What stood out most was how seriously he took the symptoms that were still bothering me, even after other things had improved. He reached out to my doctor, shared my concerns along with his own recommendations, and helped me take the next steps for further evaluation and treatment. I always felt heard and cared for. I’d definitely recommend Carl and this clinic to anyone looking for PT.

On my first day the Chinese therapist was loud mean spirited and somewhat embarrassing.. on my second visit she was replaced with a lovely, helpful, caring therapist Thank you . I am very grateful. I would gladly recommend families, friends, and others to this facility. Hopping to see you soon.

Dr Carl is truly remarkable! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but their patient, encouraging demeanor made every session something I looked forward to. They took the time to clearly explain the 'why' behind each exercise, making sure I felt confident and safe doing my routine at home. I’ve made progress I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommended!"

I am very happy with my experience. I have been to many physical therapist locations and they are one of the best because they provide individualized treatment with a variety of equipment to treat different areas. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs physical therapy especially for your hands! They also explain everything to you in detail. I worked with Angela who specialized with hand treatment. Everyone in this facility provide excellent customer service.
