I’ve been going to Strulowitz & Gargiulo Physical Therapy on and off for almost two years for my arthritic knees. Dr. Carl Gargiulo is my therapist. I had debilitating pain which interfered with my everyday activities. Dr Carl and his staff are wonderful, caring, compassionate people who I highly recommend. I feel like a new person. UPDATE: I have been coming to Strulowitz and Gargiulo for well over 7 years. Dr. Carl Gargiulo and his amazing staff have gotten me through some tough times with both my arthritic knees. I finally decided to get my first knee replacement in December of 2025 with the help and guidance of Dr. Carl. After a successful left knee replacement and rehab, I had my right knee done in May of this year. I am doing my rehab now and am forever grateful to Dr. Carl and all his staff for their genuine kindness in getting me through this. I highly recommend them for any of your PT needs. You will not find a more caring group of professionals who will stand by you on your road to recovery.

Angela is an absolute gem! From day one, she made physical therapy feel less intimidating and somehow managed to make each session enjoyable.
