Great place great staff , back for second round of PT, first for sciatica which they were hands on and got me back on my feet and able too get around with minimal discomfort. Second round is for post foot surgery which I'm sure they will do there best too get me going again. Thanks again for the great support you show for your patients.

I highly recommend Game Shape physical therapy. John and his staff are absolutely amazing. I’m an ice hockey referee and was having trouble with my hips. I was thinking about hanging up my skates due to the pain and lack of mobility on the ice. After physical therapy with John for the past 6 month, I’m skating like a young man again without severe pain. John, you saved my referee career and I could thank you enough for that.

I was going through my physical therapy yesterday when another patient across the room started praising his therapist for the wounderful results he was experiencing, far more than he expected and in areas beyond his main focus. Another patient joined in and confirmed she was very pleased with her progress with a different therapist. I have had the same experience with my therapist and am amazed at the wide variations in age, physical health, body parts, sports and levels of participation we all represent.I went in this past Friday for the first time in quite a while as my usual days are Monday through Thursday. There was a different group of patients and therapists etc., but I noticed and felt the same positivity, joint support and participation, positive mood and interaction amongst patients and therapists as I do on the other days.I have experienced the best environment, group interaction, and physical analysis and solutions possible and highly commend John for his leadership. And over the more-than-a-year experience I have had with a varied group of body parts worked on, I have the highest praise (hope my spelling is close enough and in no particular order) for John, Rob, Drew, Matt (both of them!), Ara, Reid, Suneta, Rose, Kiana, Gabriella, Brianna...I apologize for any mistakes but hope my message is clear: they are the best and work well as a team and individually each in their own way to help us patients succeed. Game Shape Physical Therapy is an awesome place. John and his staff are extremely caring, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. I am an ice hockey referee and had limited movement in my left hip. Within 3 weeks, I was skating better than I’ve skated in months. Picking up pucks is still not great but at least I can pick them up without pain. Thank you for all the help.

This is my 3rd time coming to Game Shape for different symptoms but as always, it’s a pleasure! John is so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew every specific point on my shoulder that needed attention. He also applied cupping therapy which I had never done before and each time it relieved my soreness and pain. Reid is also tracking your exercises and makes sure you’re performing them correct and will inform you if you missed any. I also enjoyed the conversations with them. I’m a talker so we had plenty of conversations. John would definitely answer any questions and would always ask if I had any. Dr. John and his team were amazing. I was so concerned when I started the process and was skeptical about when I would get back on my feet. Dr. John eased my concerns..answered every question I had and truly listened. We worked on my goals together and I have had a full recovery after surgery.
