Very happy with Dr. Shah's exercise routine and the entire Twin Boro staff. They are all attentive, making sure my technique is proper. After only two weeks of on-site visits and at-home workouts I feel positive results and feel my balance and confidence improving.

Twin Boro's PTs and staff are professional and friendly. They explained the purpose of each and every exercise I did. The therapy area is warm and welcoming, not antiseptic or clinical, which is a big plus.

I've been working with Amanda and she's been really helpful adding new exercises that have been working really well for me. Everyone there is really nice and attentive to each of the clients so I would definitely recommend going there for PT.
