Physical Therapy & Certified Hand Therapy in Toms River, NJ

This was my fourth visit for therapy and once again Twin Boro hit it out of the park. From the ladies behind the desk greeting all with smiling faces, to the future therapist’s putting on the heat and ice wraps, to the therapist’s who’s magic hands message and stretch your limbs preparing them for exercise you are fantastic. Special kudos to Sandy, three months of getting my shoulder back to some semblance of normal.You’re the best and yes I tried to make you win the color of the day contest. Special thanks to Celeste, Julie and Nick. Well done Twin Boro Toms River!!!

Avalene, the most amazing office person, always made me feel welcome and kept everything organized and stress-free from scheduling to check-in. Drew, my physical therapist, truly worked wonders for me—his expertise, patience, and personalized care made a huge difference in my recovery. Thanks to him, I’ve made incredible progress. If I can rate this higher, I would. However, it is due to the staff and therapists themselves. The therapists and staff are terrific and top-notch. They get 5 stars and more. Twin Boro itself is not a good business, especially the billing department. While I asked over and over what I owe, I was told I was good... now, toward the end, here I am now owing $837.00. This is the disgusting part of big business. Take more and as much as you can from the consumer.
