I started here at Twin Boro in November. They all work together to help with your physical therapy. Victoria is wonderful. The heat you get first and massage for your injury if it’s your back, or neck, knee, spine, shoulder or any age related problems its the best you can get before you start your exercises to help loosen everything up. My back is starting to feel better for all the exercises.

Came to this office for some PT because of fractured foot back in August. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Brooke Aldrich she was amazing, always challenged me but always heard me if I had any pain or if something wasn’t working. Absolutely loved her and the team. I would highly recommend TwinBoro PT Westfield. The Therapist I was assigned to was Katherine. She is very knowledgeable and professional in what she does a GREAT Therapist. After two sessions my back & leg started feeling better.It was a wonderful experience here Paige & Sebastian were both very helpful too Also I must mention all the staff at the front were extremely nice. I highly recommend her as a therapist and I was So much better when I finished therapy. she discharged me with a clear treatment plan for home follow up. I started at Twin Boro Westfield a week ago and what a difference! I had so much back and hip pain and in one week of doing the work at home and 2 visits a week, the pain is 80% better already. Nancy and Lauren have been so kind and understanding and I am confident I will be in great shape very soon! Would definitely recommend.

Updated review: Recently, I had to get OT treatment for my hand again. This was a flare up. Due to the great care I received from Twin Boro in Westfield, I have gone back to Stephanie. She is the best, and will take care of you. The staff is also amazing - professional and courteous. Highly recommend this facility especially for OT!My initial review 2 years ago: I was recommended to see Stephanie at Twin Boro, Westfield for OT on my hand. Stephanie is the best! Always caring and respectful! After my carpal tunnel surgery on a Wednesday, my doctor said to see Stephanie within the next 2 days but we were headed into a weekend. When I called for an appointment, Stephanie said she would see me Friday morning even though that was her day off! She was so accommodating and dedicated to her work but also just a very caring person. The staff is also great at this office. I am so glad I am in Stephanie’s care!!
