Brian Joseph Rubio, PT, DPT

Bio

Brian is a dedicated physical therapist and Clinic Manager at Twin Boro Physical Therapy in Manalapan. Since graduating from Rutgers University in 2020, he has worked with patients across all stages of life, from school-aged children to older adults.

With a strong background in sports rehabilitation, Brian has helped Division I and professional athletes — including competitors in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLR, and USA Gymnastics — safely return to high-level performance. He applies the same level of precision and attention to detail to every patient he treats, regardless of athletic background.

Brian believes rehabilitation should be individualized, goal-driven, and empowering. His mission is to help each patient move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most.

Mi rehabilitación fue muy favorable llegué en silla de ruedas y salí sin dolor y caminando perfectamente después de mi cirugía de espalda y ambas rodillas. Gracias a todo el personal Anthony, Vivi, Rosi Chris, Iesha, Daniela, Sheyla, Kendall y Katherin que hoy en día es como familia.

Excellent Physical Therapist – Highly Recommended! I had an excellent experience with Thangam during my physical therapy for a shoulder injury. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me recover. Thangam took the time to understand my condition and carefully tailored the therapy to my needs. She was very attentive throughout every session, explained the exercises clearly, and continuously adjusted the treatment based on my progress.
