Meet Your Directors

Caroline Jolly PT, MSPT

MY HOBBIES: Hiking with her dogs, riding her bike, gardening, going to concerts and doing yoga

Caroline Jolly graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. She went on to receive her Masters of Physical Therapy from Columbia University, graduating with honors. When Caroline was in her late teens, she injured her back. She cured her injury through education and exercise, which led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Caroline was the co-owner and founder of Craft Physical Therapy, where she worked as a Senior Physical Therapist before merging with Twin Boro Physical Therapy in 2021. She specializes in treating all joints for non-operative injuries, as well as post-surgical rehab, back and neck pain, pelvic floor, core, and postural issues from pre-adolescents to geriatrics. She frequently treats pregnant and post-partum populations for pain and weakness, diastasis recti, pubic rami pain and urinary dysfunction.

Caroline is certified in mat-based Pilates and Women’s Health. She believes each patient is an individual that requires a unique and holistic approach to their care for maximum outcome. She believes tailored exercise progressions in combination with manual therapies, like massage, trigger point release, fascial release, stretching, mobilization, range of motion and breathing techniques, can be used to fashion a unique plan of care for each patient. Her ultimate goal is to help patients restore function to optimal levels and provide them with education to make informed decisions about their activities. She wants her patients to feel empowered to move forward confidently after therapy and into an active lifestyle.

She stands behind Twin Boro’s One2Four™ Care Model, as the serial stages allow a continued focus on optimal client outcomes with a collaborative approach of a coordinated team of professionals that work to maximize and progress patient function.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys hiking with her two amazing doggie companions. She also loves to ride her bike, garden, go to concerts and practice yoga.

Sandy Pietrewicz, PT

MY HOBBIES: Spending time with her family, friends and dog, travelling, going to concerts, being outdoors and water sports

Sandy Pietrewicz graduated magna cum laude from the University of Eindhoven, receiving her B.S. in Physical Therapy. She also holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of San Diego. Physical Therapy is the perfect career for Sandy because it brings together her two passions, sports and biology. She loves that each patient is different and that she gets to diagnose, create a plan of care and see results.

Sandy was the co-owner and founder of Craft Physical Therapy, where she worked as a Physical Therapist since 2005 before merging with Twin Boro Physical Therapy in 2021. Before that, she worked side-by-side with Charles Virgin, M.D., head orthopedic surgeon to the Miami Dolphins. She further honed her manual skills in NYC at a busy, outpatient facility. Sandy frequently treats orthopedic, sports rehabilitation and post-operative patients. She specializes in extremities and the spine in adolescents to seniors.

Sandy has completed various CE courses over her career. She has received training in post-operative care, disorders of the spine, manual therapy, joint mobilization and sports-specific conditions from adolescents to geriatrics.

Sandy uses patient-focused guiding principles, and her objectives are goal-oriented with Twin Boro’s One2Four™ Care Model. Her patient-centered functional approach includes an individualized plan of care that includes massage, joint mobilizations, range of motion and modalities in conjunction with appropriate therapeutic exercises.

During Sandy’s downtime, she likes to spend time with her family, friends and her dog. She has a passion for travelling, sports, and concerts. She also loves to be outdoors, especially water sports such as boating, sailing, fishing and kayaking.
