Wrist rotations. For this exercise, rotate the wrists in a circular motion, imagining your tendons and ligaments are loose and flexible. The goal of this exercise is to prevent synovial fluid from building up in the wrists.

Weighted curls. For this exercise, grab a light hand weight and rest your arm on the table with your palm facing up. Keep the arm on the table and curl the hand upward. Repeat this as many times as you are able.
