Certified Hand Therapy for Gaming

Many people find playing video games or other electronic games to be a great way to relax, connect with friends, or even make some money on the side. However, repetitive movements and the use of the controller can take a toll on the muscles and joints of the wrists and hands. To prevent overuse injuries and keep your hands in their best condition, having a cooldown stretch routine can help alleviate stiffness and prevent injuries before they occur.

The following cooldown routine is recommended by our experts for all gamers, whether novice or advanced. These stretches target the specific muscles and joints involved in gaming and are curated for your needs.
